What Kanban Code Orchestrator does

The skill turns the current Hermes TUI or Gateway chat into the single orchestrator of an event-driven coding workflow. It creates tasks for three fixed worker profiles named kanban-code-coder, kanban-code-tester and kanban-code-reviewer, and it creates no separate orchestrator profile. A workflow ends in WORKFLOW_DONE only after independent testing and an explicit REVIEW_APPROVE.

Decisions come from the structured metadata.result of the latest completed run, not from task titles, summaries or board status. QA_FAIL and REVIEW_REJECT route work back to the coder with separate, configurable retry limits, and every coder change returns to the tester, including review fixes. Task subscriptions replace polling and sleep loops, and task bodies keep the workspace path, acceptance criteria and retry counters so the workflow can be recovered. The skill metadata supports Linux, macOS and Windows.
