What AgentCompany (PetAgent) does

AgentCompany, also called PetAgent, treats a solo founder as CEO and a set of agents as employees. Six built-in roles cover a Coordinator that splits goals into issues, Explorer, Planner, Executor and Reviewer workers, and a Psychologist that watches agent behavior and can inject a calming prompt or pause a task when an agent is stuck. Work is organized as Company, Goal and Issue, with cost visibility, alerts at 70, 90 and 100 percent of budget, and approval for sensitive actions. The README is written in Chinese.

External agents join the same board through eight adapters: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, OpenCode, Pi, Hermes and Gemini. A Notes memory layer stores a reflection per heartbeat with semantic search, a weekly SkillMiner proposes new skills for approval, and a CLI offers petagent hire, notes, audit, secrets, status, setup, doctor and open. Eight LLM provider presets are built in.
