What grok-swarms does

After you load the skill, you ask Hermes to start a grok-swarm for a task, for example building a new auth system. The Grok 4.3 orchestrator works with you on the plan, then spawns executor agents, each in its own TMUX session. The model for each sub-task can be chosen dynamically from any Grok variant.

Hermes' native kanban is the single source of truth for task status. The skill includes a review gate with an approve or kick-back loop, so finished work returns to the board for acceptance instead of being assumed done. The full orchestration protocol lives in SKILL.md, and the references folder holds an acceptance-criteria template, a kanban review loop guide and TMUX spawn patterns. The README also lists a grok-model-config.md reference marked as optional to add.
