Personal OS agent for Hermes that logs mood, sleep, meals and habits and detects patterns over time
Hermes Life OS is a personal assistant built on Hermes Agent that remembers daily mood, sleep, meals, stress and habits, then detects patterns across them. It was built for a NousResearch hackathon and uses Hermes memory, skills and cron.
What Hermes Life OS does
Hermes Life OS stores what you tell it about your mood, sleep, meals, hydration, workouts, stress, focus, habits, goals, spending and medication, and recalls it before every response. Its loop is remember, recall, detect patterns and brief. Cron jobs deliver briefings at 07:00, 12:00, 18:00 and 23:00, with a weekly review on Monday at 08:00.
Pattern detection looks for mood dips lasting three or more days, sleep loss affecting focus, energy crashes tied to nutrition gaps and stress spikes. A correlation engine in demo/analytics.py computes Pearson coefficients between tracked metrics and surfaces a pair only when enough days overlap, four by default. The README lists Hermes memory, skills, cron, gateway and subagents as the features used, plus an Atropos RL reward function meant to make Hermes more personal. Briefings are delivered in the terminal, extensible to Telegram, email or SMS.
