What Hevy Hermes Agent Skill does

The skill reads workouts, workout events, routines, exercise templates, exercise history and body measurements from Hevy. Its analysis covers training frequency, working sets, volume, RPE, estimated 1RM and weekly trends. A webhook command resolves Hevy payloads that contain a workoutId, and routines can be exported, created and updated.

Every remote write is guarded: the CLI shows a dry-run preview first and applies a change only with --apply and a --confirm value. Safe, idempotent reads are retried, while non-idempotent POST requests are never retried automatically. The API key is loaded from HEVY_API_KEY or a local Hermes .env file and must not be committed. The repository holds SKILL.md, API reference notes and scripts with a unit-test file that needs no real key and does not write to Hevy. It uses only the Python standard library.
