What Kami does

Kami reads a startup's domain and public evidence to write a company dossier that the user confirms or corrects. The user then picks a job. Sales finds customer segments, verified companies and public contacts, drafts emails for review and requires approval for each send, with replies landing in a Needs your decision queue. Marketing builds a plan from the dossier and finds live conversations on X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Product Hunt and Discord, each with a draft reply that can be posted to X from Kami or copied and posted by hand.

Hermes Agent runs the agents, using role prompts in agents/ and playbooks in skills/, while the Next.js app in web/ owns the workflow, approvals and integrations. The README lists its principles: Kami never invents contacts, every real action needs approval with a kill switch, every send stores the provider's message id or URL, and data stays in the user's own Supabase project. An Activity page shows every send, agent run and the suppression list. This is the Community Edition, self-hosted with the user's own keys.
