Flutter phone app that remotely controls Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, OpenClaw and Hermes over E2EE

In short

Agent Control Center is a Flutter mobile app for directing AI coding agents that run on your computer, including Hermes Agent, from your phone. Traffic goes through an end-to-end encrypted relay, and the agents themselves run inside a Happier daemon on the computer.

What Agent Control Center does

Agent Control Center is a phone client for agents that stay on your own machine. The phone connects only to a relay, while Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, OpenClaw and Hermes run in a Happier daemon on the computer. Session content and account settings are encrypted on the client, so the relay stores and forwards ciphertext only. Pairing works by QR code, a six-digit one-time code, or a server address plus recovery key, and each pairing authorizes a single device.

Codex, Claude Code and OpenCode use native Happier providers. Hermes connects through the hermes acp command and OpenClaw through openclaw acp, both set up as ACP providers. The app has a four-window workbench that watches four agent sessions at once and can send one instruction to all of them, plus a search grid that sends one question to several web search and chat sites. Messages written while offline wait in a local queue and are sent after reconnect. The relay can be self-hosted, and the repository bundles the Happier server and CLI source.

Key features

  • Pairing by QR code, one-time six-digit code, or server address plus recovery key
  • End-to-end encrypted sessions through a self-hostable relay
  • Hermes connected as an ACP provider that runs hermes acp
  • Four-window workbench for monitoring four sessions and broadcasting one instruction
  • Session search with in-progress, favorite, failed and archived filters
  • Local offline queue that resends messages after reconnect

When to use it

  • Checking on a long-running Hermes or Codex task from a phone while away from the desk
  • Approving tool actions and reviewing diffs for an agent session remotely
  • Running several coding agents side by side and sending them the same instruction

Who it is for: Developers who run Hermes Agent and other coding agents on a desktop or laptop and want to steer them from an Android phone.

How it fits with Hermes Agent

Supports Hermes Agent as one of five controllable agents, connecting to it through a configured ACP provider that runs hermes acp.

Requirements: An Android phone for the beta client, a Happier daemon on the computer that runs the agents, and a relay (a default relay is named in the README and self-hosting is supported)

Note: The project is in beta, and iOS support, relay high availability and long-running stress tests are not finished.

FAQ

What is Agent Control Center?

Agent Control Center is a Flutter app that lets a phone remotely control AI coding agents running on a computer. It talks to them through an end-to-end encrypted Happier relay.

Does Agent Control Center work with Hermes Agent?

Yes. Hermes is one of the five supported agents and is added as an ACP provider that runs hermes acp. The README links a separate setup guide for Hermes on macOS.

Can I host the relay myself?

Yes. The repository includes the Happier server and CLI source under backend/happier, and a self-hosting deployment guide. The README also names a default relay.
