Hermes HUD

Local read-only observability plugin for the Hermes dashboard: health, token cost, cron and incidents
Hermes HUD is a user-level plugin for the official hermes dashboard that adds a local, real-time observability view of a Hermes Agent install. It shows health, token and cost data, sessions, skills, cron jobs, channels and errors without sending telemetry out.
What Hermes HUD does
Hermes HUD installs into the user plugin directory and does not replace the dashboard or change the Hermes Agent core, so Hermes upgrades do not overwrite it and one command removes it. It adds tabs for a health overview, live activity, token and cost, conversations, an agent timeline, memory, skills, skill analytics, cron, channels, errors and incidents, system storage and settings. Data refreshes about every two seconds through a shared snapshot cache and a WebSocket event stream.
Access to Hermes data is read-only: databases are opened with mode=ro and the gateway is not locked, and logs and paths are redacted before fingerprints are generated. Cost views separate estimated, actual and unpriced figures. The interface is available in Chinese, English, French and Arabic. An optional hud_alert.py script pushes new incidents, escalations and recoveries to Telegram and Feishu with debouncing. A separate macOS Desktop Alpha app for Apple Silicon is also offered.
