What SureForge does

SureForge exists because agents fail on big tasks in predictable ways: starting before the request is understood, treating a skipped question as a yes, checking a sample and calling it complete, or re-reading their own work and calling that a review. The skill is plain text, a short entry point plus reference files the agent loads only when it needs them, with no runtime, hook or dependency behind it.

In full mode, a gate cannot pass without three verification methods of the agent's own plus three from an independent reviewer, and if a reviewer or tool is missing the agent is instructed to say so rather than pretend. Small tasks stay small: asking SureForge to fix a typo produces instructions to fix the typo and check it, not a research-and-review pipeline.
