What Hermes Field Kit does

The kit is deliberately not a bulk skill dump. A skill enters the stable catalog only if it solves a real task, has been used in an actual workflow and can be reproduced by another person from the repository. Every published skill provides a Hermes-compatible SKILL.md, tap discovery under skills/<name>/, triggers and counter-triggers, sanitized examples, behavior tests, known limitations and independent versioning. Version 1.0.1 is the tagged release, and the 1.1.0 branch grows the catalog to thirteen stable and six experimental skills.

Examples include hermes-gateway-doctor, which diagnoses gateway failures without repairing anything, hermes-update-doctor for failed updates, hermes-stack-doctor, which reports a GREEN, YELLOW or RED verdict, hermes-token-audit for usage and cost, hermes-environment-migration with rollback, and hermes-kanbanize for turning conversation context into a Kanban graph. A dependency-free validator in scripts/validate.py checks the catalog. The license is Apache-2.0.
