Multiplayer admin and orchestrator for fleets of Hermes and Letta agents with multi-tenant security

In short

Swarm Map, formerly Hermes Swarm Map, is a multiplayer admin and orchestrator platform that manages Hermes agents and Letta agents from one control plane. It adds multi-tenant security, model cascades, platform connections and budget limits.

What Swarm Map does

Swarm Map, formerly Hermes Swarm Map, is a multiplayer admin and orchestrator platform for agent runtimes of different shapes. It manages Hermes agents, where each agent is its own container, and Letta agents, which live as rows on one shared server, behind one control plane with multi-tenant security, model cascades and platform connections. Hermes is the mature path; Letta support is currently read-only plus sending a message.

A setup wizard deploys a new agent in five clicks with defaults for compression, memory, security and voice transcription. Model cascades set ordered fallback chains per agent, for example Claude, then Gemini, then local Ollama. Security features include per-context memory isolation, group approval policies, admin-only commands and encrypted API keys, and a fleet dashboard shows health, costs, session counts and model usage with stop, restart and rebuild controls. Agents connect to Signal, Telegram and Mattermost or are exposed by API, and monthly spend limits can be set per API key.

Key features

  • One dashboard for container-per-agent Hermes and shared-server Letta agents
  • Setup wizard that deploys a new agent in five clicks
  • Per-agent model cascades with ordered fallback providers
  • Multi-tenant security with per-context memory isolation and group approval policies
  • Fleet dashboard with health, costs, session counts and container controls
  • Platform connections to Signal, Telegram and Mattermost, plus monthly budget enforcement

When to use it

  • Running a customer support bot, a research assistant and a coding helper from one dashboard
  • Giving each team member an assistant on Mattermost with memory scoped per channel
  • Tracking spend across a fleet and capping it per API key

Who it is for: Small teams, indie builders and researchers who run several agents for several users and want central management and access control.

How it fits with Hermes Agent

Built around Hermes: Hermes agents are its mature, container-per-agent runtime, with Letta support added alongside.

Note: Runtime support is uneven: Hermes is the mature path, while Letta support is read-only plus sending a message.
