What OfferLoop does

OfferLoop connects job leads, application progress, test and interview reminders, experience deep-dives, tailored resumes, interview preparation and post-interview review. Its seven skills are job-collection, recruiting-reminder, experience-deepthink, resume-tailor, interview-prep, mock-lab and talk-review. They follow two loops: from sources through screening and your confirmation to a target-company list and progress tracking, and from recruiting notices through scheduling and preparation to real interviews and review.

The Feishu workspace is part of the product, so results accumulate in three business Bases and a private knowledge base instead of chat history. Resume output is a one-page A4 PDF. The agent first runs a read-only check of existing Feishu resources and shows a plan, and creates or takes over resources only after explicit confirmation. A daily 22:10 group card is a separate opt-in. Installing the skills needs no secrets, and the installer reports local skills, workspace dependencies and the Feishu workspace as three stages.

Requirements: Python 3.10+, an agent that supports SKILL.md directories, Node.js 20+ with npm and lark-cli 1.0.73+ for the Feishu stage, and a Feishu account that can create knowledge spaces and Bases

Note: The Feishu workspace is part of the system, and the README presents the current release as alpha (v0.1.0-alpha.17) with documentation in Chinese.
