What LYN_0 Academy does

Mission 01 is a self-contained folder with a mission.md explanation, an 11-question questionnaire, a SOUL_TEMPLATE.md describing who the agent is (name, voice, boundaries, what it decides alone), a USER_TEMPLATE.md describing who it works for (job, tools, constraints, off-limits files), an install.py script and a test.md with six checks to run in a fresh session. The README estimates about 45 minutes, done once.

The installer finds your Hermes home, backs up existing files with a timestamp, and installs SOUL.md and memories/USER.md. A --check option reports what is still blank, --force overwrites without asking, and --home points to a non-default location. The README explains that these two files are injected into the system prompt on every turn, which is why what you write there is what the agent knows. A separate repository, hermes-memory-audit, prints each memory entry against its character budget and flags entries that are going stale.

Note: Only Mission 01 is included and described as free; missions 02 to 12 are on a planned weekly roadmap.
