What Impeccable does

Impeccable packages design guidance as one skill with 24 commands, all invoked through /impeccable. Running /impeccable init inspects the project, asks only about gaps in durable product facts, and writes a PRODUCT.md file; a separate DESIGN.md records the visual system. The commands then cover planning (shape), review (critique, audit), refinement (polish, typeset, layout, colorize, animate, bolder, quieter, distill) and hardening for edge cases, and a live mode iterates on page elements in the browser.

The project also ships 59 deterministic detector rules for common AI-generated frontend tells, such as one font used everywhere, gray text on colored backgrounds and cards nested inside cards. The CLI and browser extension run these rules without an LLM or an API key. The skill needs no runtime of its own: each copy carries a small launcher that runs a self-contained engine binary, and Node is only involved for the npx installer. The installer lists detected harness folders, including ~/.claude, ~/.codex, ~/.grok and ~/.hermes, and installs into the project or globally.
