What Hermes Desktop Accent Picker does

Drag the wheel and the palette re-derives from the single colour you pick, retinting the whole theme as you drag. The colour is scratch state and is never persisted. Two palette commands come with it: Accent: reset to the theme default, and Accent: copy the current color. The picker used to ship bundled with the app, off by default, and now lives in its own repository so the app's plugin list only carries things most users want.

To install it, open Hermes Desktop, go to Capabilities, then Plugins, then Install from Git, paste the repository URL and tick the Desktop UI half. You can also clone it into ~/.hermes/desktop-plugins/accent by hand. The app watches that folder and loads plugin.js within a few seconds. The plugin is plain ESM that imports only @hermes/plugin-sdk, react and react/jsx-runtime, built with esbuild from TSX sources in src/, and it uses the SDK's OKLCH helpers and accent override.
