What Hermes Memory Skills does

Hermes Memory Skills provides memory hygiene skills for Hermes Agent that work with the built-in MEMORY.md backend and with Holographic memory. The agent-dreaming-agnostic skill detects the active backend from config.yaml in Phase 0 and adapts. The built-in backend uses the memory() tool with a 2,200 character limit, while Holographic stores facts in SQLite and is handled through fact_store and fact_feedback with trust scores from 0.0 to 1.0.
