The skill is a single Python 3 standard library CLI with no pip dependencies, and Hermes loads it on demand and runs the bundled CLI.

The CLI offers research, agents create and list, models and usage commands, with --json for machine-readable output. Schedules accept values such as weekdays, market_open and market_close, plus a timezone and an offset in minutes, and an --email option sends each completed run to the account's verified address. The market_open and market_close schedules are resolved against the exchange calendar on the server, so runs skip holidays and land correctly on half-days. Authentication uses an FN2_API_TOKEN that the user provides, and no secrets are stored in the repository. Offline unit tests run with python3 -m unittest.
