What TypeSafe Skill Router does

Hermes shows the model a one-line description of every installed skill, and with several hundred skills the model can read past the right one. This plugin sends the request to TypeSafe first and, when a skill genuinely fits, appends a single line to the user message naming it and telling the model to ignore the hint if it does not apply.

It is off by default (enabled: false), injects nothing when nothing fits, and every failure path, such as a missing key, timeout or transport error, logs one line and returns None so a turn is never broken. Thresholds such as gate (0.30) and fits (0.40) are configurable in config.yaml, answers are cached, slash commands and multimodal messages are skipped, and the README puts the cost at about $0.001 per routed turn. The request text and installed skill names and descriptions leave your machine, plus the first 700 characters of SKILL.md for the top few candidates.
