Agent skill that applies Charlie Munger's mental models and decision heuristics to your questions
Munger Skill is an agentskills.io-compatible skill that makes an agent reason with Charlie Munger's mental models instead of quoting him. Hermes Agent is one of the runtimes the README lists as supported.
What Munger Skill does
Munger Skill packages a distilled version of Charlie Munger's thinking as a SKILL.md file. According to the README it draws on more than 50 sources, including Poor Charlie's Almanack, Berkshire and Daily Journal shareholder meetings, university speeches and interviews, and extracts 5 core mental models, 8 decision heuristics and a description of his way of expressing himself. It was generated by the author's Nuwa skill.
The skill is meant to analyze a decision with those frameworks, for example by inverting a problem, checking for stacked cognitive biases, or diagnosing incentives, rather than replaying quotes. The README includes sample answers on starting an AI company, handling a toxic high performer and choosing what to read. It follows the open Agent Skills format, so it can run in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent and other runtimes. If a runtime cannot load skills automatically, you can paste the SKILL.md content into a conversation. The README is written in Chinese.
Key features

- Eight decision heuristics such as the three-basket sort and incentive diagnosis

- SKILL.md can be pasted into a chat when a runtime has no skill loading
When to use it
- Stress-testing a career or business decision from Munger's viewpoint
- Asking which cognitive biases are acting on a plan
