HermesClaw

Run Hermes Agent, OpenClaw and OpenCode on one WeChat account by owning the single iLink connection

In short

HermesClaw is a Python proxy that lets Hermes Agent, OpenClaw and OpenCode share one WeChat iLink account. It acts as the sole iLink poller and routes messages between the agents with slash commands.

What HermesClaw does

Both Hermes Agent and OpenClaw support WeChat natively, but each gateway exclusively locks the iLink connection, so starting both on one account causes 403 errors and dropped messages. HermesClaw becomes the sole iLink poller and runs two local proxy servers, one for Hermes and one for OpenClaw, so each gateway believes it is talking to the real iLink API.

OpenCode is added through a direct ACP bridge. You switch agents from chat with /hermes, /openclaw, /opencode, /both or /three. Voice messages are forwarded as transcriptions, and images, video and files are forwarded as raw iLink messages. The README says OpenCode lets you code by WeChat voice message using four free models, including MiniMax M2.5 Free. The README is bilingual in English and Chinese.

Key features

  • Single iLink poller that routes messages to each agent
  • Local proxies so the Hermes and OpenClaw gateways each see an iLink API
  • ACP bridge for OpenCode
  • Slash commands /hermes, /openclaw, /opencode, /both and /three to switch agents
  • Voice transcription and raw image, video and file forwarding
  • Self-hosted Python implementation

When to use it

  • Using a Hermes Agent and an OpenClaw agent through the same WeChat account
  • Switching between agents from inside a WeChat chat
  • Sending a WeChat voice message to OpenCode to start a coding task

Yes, it is built around Hermes Agent and proxies the Hermes gateway so it can coexist with OpenClaw on one account. You switch to it in chat with /hermes.

Why do I need HermesClaw to run Hermes Agent and OpenClaw together?
